Milez, aka Mathias Schwarzwald, is a dj/producer of various disciplines. His myspace page has his own production work on it, and that mainly consists of slow building, kinda minimal techno. But just as he has James Holden in his top 8 friends on myspace, he also has Synkro and Joker. So, maybe that gives an apt representation of his musical interests. It looks like he djs more on the minimal tech side of things, but I know he played at a Dub City party once, so he’s seemingly open for dubstep bookings too. Anyways, long story short, dude just put out his 4th dubstep mixtape thing and it’s worth a listen. Good tune selection and an overall upbeat feel. Never gets too deep, never gets too heavy – kinda like some nice Thai stick. Check out the mix:
